Google Summer of Code @Rocket.Chat
- Built a natural-language bridge between legacy email systems and Rocket.Chat using LLM tool calling and the Gmail and Outlook APIs.
- Designed multi-step workflows for autonomous email operations, including sending, conversation summaries, bulk email, and statistics, without human intervention at each step.
- Improved tool-calling reliability for models using APIs outside the OpenAI format, and applied prompt engineering to support safe execution across ambiguous user intents.

- Built Node.js backend APIs for the order lifecycle, authentication, inventory management, and media storage with AWS S3, enforcing role-based access control across endpoints.
- Designed the PostgreSQL schema and managed migrations, backups, and production performance monitoring. Indexing and query optimization reduced API latency by 15%.
- Supported mobile and web teams by debugging integration issues and optimizing API performance using production metrics.

- Built a legal research AI agent for Delhi High Court lawyers, enabling autonomous natural-language queries over legal documents with RAG pipelines and vector embeddings.
- Built a knowledge base of Supreme Court and Delhi High Court judgments from 2006–2024, including document chunking and structured content for AI ingestion.
- Fine-tuned LLMs on structured legal data and designed conversational flows and fallback responses for ambiguous queries.
- Interviewed more than 20 lawyers to validate accuracy and translate their requirements into system design decisions.
- Discontinued the idea because of slow market adoption, established competitors’ advantages, and limited availability of authentic legal data.
